Seriously I paid for 3mo but a LOT of the newer items (and by that I mean in the last 4+ years) arent even in their database. What a rip off.

There is presently no staff assigned to DAOC at all. The game site for it is not being updated. If that was the only thing you signed up for premium for, you may want to request a refund from accounts@allakhazam.com Premium does work across all the sites inder the zam banner however.

doesnt help me an i will ask for a refund. that should be clearly stated when people subscribe to this dump website about games that are NOT supported whatsoever. Would be hugely helpful but would cut into your profits so Im sure that oversight is overlooked time and again.
