Inferno Quest says /use Infernal Crystal to view your progress. Don't have Infernal Crystal. Cloudsong says give music box to (name) and get cloak. Don't have a music box either. King's QM will not offer a CL mount beyound level 1. I am CL 10. No clue what to do about this. Also, how do you go about getting the world horses, i.e. Nightmare, Unicorn, etc. Thanks

For Cloudsong, you no longer need the music box. You can just kill the named mob in Green Glades.
If you are already CL10, there is no point in continuing the Champion Level Quest (Infernal Crystal) which leads to the Circle of 5. You would need a group to do it, and the only benefit is more CL xp, which you don't need. I would assume you just didn't talk to someone who gives you the crystal (or you threw it away). I'd have to research that a little more to find out what step you are on, but as I said, it would be useless to you to complete.
For the Horses, are you sure the quartermaster does not have more pages? The better horses are on different pages. Have you spoken to the king to make sure you are actually CL10, and do not just have the experience to have CL10? That is all I can think of. Your title should under Chamption Title: should say Champion of the Realm if you are CL10, and that is all you need to buy the better horses. The unicorn and stuff are on page 5 and cost 15 plat to get a voucher.

Just went to quartermaster..Make sure you are talking to quartermaster merchant.
The quartermaster Aide offers only the 1 plat basic horse..you have to go to the Quartermaster Merchant to get the 3plat and up horses. I believe this is your mistake on that last part of your question.
For the Infernal Crystal, you have to begin the Level 50 Inferno Quest, which means you would have had to do the level 30 and 40 Champion Level Quests. Here is a link to the midgard version. Alb and Hib are nearly the same, speak to the king and guy in king's room, and he gives you the quest. You need to speak to an NPC to get the crystal and then you can start the Co5.
