In a group the other night in Albion and one of the toons had the ability to keep changing shapes...first into one of those Faerie/butterfly looking things and then into what looked like a troll from Midgard.
Its not an Artifact.....anyone know how this is done?

Yes. The potions came out a halloween or 2 ago. There was an NPC in capital cities to buy them from thru halloween. From then on, alchemists can make em. I know an alchemist that makes a fortune just crafting costume potions and selling them on his consignment merch.
