Do you have to do Master Levels sequentially in order to get credit?.....meaning if I have 1 to 6 done....only some of 7....and 8 and 9 done completely...but when I go to the arbiter for credit for 8 and 9..I cannot get it....
Does 7 have to be finished to get abilites for 8 and 9?

In order to get credit you have to have the previous levels done. so in order to get 7 & 8 you have to have all 1-6 done. Its been a while but I think you need the master exp too.
