i was wondering if daoc have faded and if they change the role playing server is genuv any good now whats the best server to play this game any more whats one is most populated n one more thing i had this game on a couple comps what computer is good enough to play this game with all the expansion packs n has no lag or a little how much of a pc u say ? TY

i ran daoc with catacombs on a 750Mhz pentium processor, with about 562 ram and an old ge-force card, if you want to use the newest expansion you'll need a bit more. my current pc has a 2.2Ghz amd processor with a top end nvidia g-force and the crazy thing is that my video card costs more than my pc did, go to best-buy if ya have one, theres an emachine pc (its what i'm using), which is also made by gateway just so ya know. emachine = low end gateway. and its made with the same parts as the top selling gateway, just doesnt come with as much ram (which they will add for about $35, all in all my pc cost me $515 and came WITH a free printer and monitor, if ya buy just the pc with no monitor or printer, its $645 odd but true. the video card i put in it however was almost $565 but you dont really need that unless you just dont wanna have to buy another one for a year or two, it'll take that long for ANY game to progress beyond your capacity.
