amulet of the planes questFollow

HI Everybody,

I am new here,
I have a question on the Amulet of the planes , Quest.

One is supposed to hunt down "Borwyr" the corrupt.
and in this months version of the quest I am told
to find him in west Avalon Marsh.
Even though others have done the Quest in the past and
found him east of prwdwen keep (sp) .
Does anyone know where to find Borwyr at this time?
