I'm new to DAoC as well as new to MMO games. I've played NWN for years and thought I'd try something digfferent but I can't even figure out how to finish the Cotswold Delivery. I get the sack of supplies from Master Frederick and take it to Cemmeth Budgwold at the Camelot Bridge. He tells me to take it to Lundeg Tranyth but he doesn't need this item. I tried it three times with different characters and it doesn't change.

Below is Allakhazam's writeup of the quest. It looks like you are skipping step 3 and trying to go to step 4.

You can type /journal and a popup will come up showing you what step of each quest you are on. I think this is the problem. It has been a while since I had a level 1 toon in albion, and I don't feel like creating one atm, but try this first and let me know.

In a little bit of time you will be laughing at this that you couldn't figure out Level 1 quests. We were all noobs at one point or another : ) Stick with it, you will get the hang of it eventually.

1) Speak with Master Frederick, at the tower east-northeast of Cotswold, loc=19161,26540 Camelot Hills.
2) Speak with Cemmeth Budgwold who is at the Camelot Bridge, loc=9560,28252,2280 dir=296 Camelot Hills. Hand him the supplies from Master Frederick.
3) Speak with Farma Hornly, inside the building at loc=10870,30358 Camelot Hills, Cotswold
4) Speak with Lundeg Tranyth, same building as Farma Hornly, at loc=10860,30592 Camelot Hills, Cotswold, for your reward.

I agree with Thuri, we all start some place and we weren't all veteran's in a day. But yes you will need to speak to the first person and then to the second you will get a nice lowbie cloak, continue doing those quests Master Fredrick gives it will suit you with a set of armor with okay stats. Also if you go to the new RvR dungeons for 1-4 and or 5-9 the mobs inside drop armor with decent stats as well and a high kill bonus is given. Of course there is always that chance of an enemy in there, but it is highly unlikely. Also the main boss in the bottom of the pit in the 5-9 dungeon drops a cloak which has a nice heal charge at 12.

Good luck!

According to Allahkazam's 1.82e Release Notes from the Herald:
at;

Quests involving Farma Hornly now reference Lundeg Tranyth (Armor Merchant).

I got past that though and got a delivery task from Andrew Wyatt in the tavern in Cotswold but it's not in my journal ands I didn't keep track of who gets the heavy bundle of bear skins. Whoever it is is in Camelot.

You can do a /task and it should tell you all of the tasks your have.
/quest will tell you all the quests you have as well as all the ones you have completed
