Anyone know where in Raumerik I can find the mob for Ice Horse quest please, Arcsinimpede is name, but I have searched everywhere and not located this mob yet.
All ideas welcomed.

I have seen him down towards where all the rivers come together. when you go into raumarik go south and cross the river to the north side then follow it back to where they all come together .I have seen him back before you get there to the mouth of all the rivers just past the bear spawns
