Clerics QuestionFollow

I just activated my account that previously had a level 50 on it. Unfortunetly my other guild on tristan is all gone, and i want to start Albion. I started a level 20 Cleric on Albion. I have no clue what to spec or any gear. I need any information on Clerics that you can find. Also can you put some specs also? I want to have really really good heals and then rest in buffs... but i don't know what is nessicery... if you cud please help me on these things i will be greatly pleased..
