Artifact QuestionFollow

The other day...myself and 6 guildmates all in a group successfully did the "Wings Dive" encounter.

Anybody have any idea why only 5 out of the seven were given the credit for the encounter and two were not even though we were all grouped and all had an active part in the destruction of the mob?

Also sometimes the game just screws up. I did the SoM quest the first time exactly correctly, didn't die, and still didn't receive credit for the encounter. I appealed and in true Mythic fashion the operator told me that I'd have to do it again and that the encounter was running properly. Of course they didn't have an answer as to why I hadn't received credit. I was level 50 at the time so that's not it.

So bascially, sometimes crap happens.
