Another Quest ProblemFollow

I seem to have alot of these lately. Anyway...I have a quest that isn't listed in your Hib quest guides. It's called "Bandit's Return", a lvl 16 quest which I got in Ardagh. The quest calls to kill 3 "Exiled Rowdys" in an area West of Ardagh. Well, I've killed about 30 or so of them and the quest listing in my journal hasn't changed. Is the quest bugged or am I just in the wrong area killing the wrong mob?
