He's located near the entrance of the sewers closest to the back entrance of AC (if that makes sense) in a small square building.

lol no need to get snippy bro, i said what i said simply because it's true. but i did put a ;) after it to let you know that i wasn't trying to be condescending. after all, i did help you, right? There are a lot of places with good info, and almost any question ppl have can be answered that way if they are willing to simply look for it.

Yeah, you most likely will. He is a level 65 mob. I don't know of a lot of ppl who go hunting for the upper avalon city "boss" mobs because the loot simply isn't that good. If you're looking for good loot for either cash or salvaging or simply for something for you to equip, there are many other places I can think of that will yield you better results. If you're just curious, get a well-rounded group of high level toons with good CC, healing, tankage, damage dealing and pbaoe and go adventure! Try the sewers for one.
