Stuck on Bonedancer epic quest...Follow

The lvl 30 part called "Forgotten Journey" requires me to turn in the crests to Sinyr a dverge. (He attacks me on sight)

I dont have faction, and all the things listed for improving his faction are too low to me at 45 so I cant increase it.

Can anyone help? Spent a long time getting him to 45 and hate to just not complete the epic for him.

I had a problem similar to this on an epic. I wanna say warrior epic. I seem to remember having bad faction, but was able to live through them attacking me because they were low con. Even though the NPC I needed to hand stuff to was trying to kill me, he actually took whatever I needed to give him and I was able to do the step. Either that or his buddies were trying to kill me and the quest NPC wasn't.

Anyway, if you can live through the attack, try to hand him the stuff anyway, he may just take it.
