PvP questionsFollow

A quick question from a soon to be new player. I like the idea of the PvP server Mordred, and read the differences within the server rules. My question is, compared to AC and L2, if there is any comparison, how does the PvP stack up? Question #2, does the different rules on mordred render the new siege expansion gimped?
