So I have a 50BD and I was trying to start doing epic quest to receive armor but I can't seem to get NPC's to speak with me. I was away for a long time and I've checked my journal to see if I might have started or in between quest to no avail. I went to journal quest NPC and he stated I've completed all quest up to lvl 15.

Just trying to get into the swing of things, yes I know I could probably buy spellcrafted armor but I dont have that kind of PP.

have you tried your trainer in jordheim?.. they are the only persons that can start you on your epic quests.. with the exception of the level 7 and 15 that you can get from aegir (not sure of the level 15 quest.. might be lower)
