man this sucks. I havent got to play today. It is so trrrible.. Its all because of this new patch. So many ppl are on at the same time tryin to get it. Gah I wanna play.

This has to be the most sorry excuse for a patching server I've ever seen. What is this thing, a PII-400 with 96mb of ram or something? I mean comon, FFXI has a heck of a lot more people playing and when patches came out that were even larger then this, I could still at least connect and STAY connected when I tried to download them. I'm on a 3mbit cable connection here and I'm lucky to even get connected. There are 19k people playing in North America, for the love of Pete, time to buy more bandwidth/upgrades for the Patching server so this doesn't happen. -.- /rant off

What a complete mess. Apparently, some 'new kid' that thought he was a wit had a 'bright idea'.
