Hello friends
Currently have MCL 1 and 392 realm points......at what point will I reach level 2?......and be able to get MCL2?
Any insight anyone?

I had this answer in front of me just the other day, but now I can't find it. I *believe* that you won't get another realm rank (and additional realm spec point) until you get 750 realm points.
But I don't think MCL II comes right after MCL I. There is/are some other Realm Abilities that are prerequisites for MCL II, if I'm not mistaken.
