I was given a quest by an NPC in Camelot to go kill a paticular River sprite and return with his heart.
That is all I know.
The only river sprites I see in a group are just east of Cotswold but my victim is not there (I dont believe).
The question is, how do I find the guy I am looking for, who can I ask or find out where he is.
The journal tells you nothing on the screen.

The mob is named Supracoth (or something similar). He can be found near the partially sunken boat in the river behind PK. He is not there all the time, you may have to kill several of the regular sprites before he pops. However, I have seen him when I've passed through too, so it's just one of those things. The key is patience, he'll show up. He is also a level higher than the rest of them. So if the average river sprite is yellow to you, come back later cuz he'll be oj and he's MEAN!
