I was just going to ask what do i do. I tried to get on today and i haven't been on since about 4 months ago and when i did try to get on it said i was banned. I would like to say that i never got a message for GMs about doing anything bad and i know i haven't done anything because i wasn't even on and i know no one else has been on my account. A reason i know i couldn't have been banned is because i have read the user agreements and i have done nothing against them so in all i want to know what to do.

Oh, well, this is the wrong forum for that, you'll want to go here. I didn't know which game you were playing because this site supports several games. I play EQ and EVE myself.

No one here can help you, you'll need to contact SE's Customer Service, all you'll get here is speculation which won't actually get you anywhere.
They ban for ingame actions and out of game actions too(misusing chargeback on your credit card etc). They were losing a lot of money from people abusing chargeback lately so a lot of people got banned over that.
