I'm a newly born Ninja, lvl 8, and I've been told that the Ninjutsu scrolls are insanly expensive. Some reach to 90k! Thats insane. But I've been informed that just about every scroll can be gotten through a quest in the game. If anyone has any help to this, please shed some light on me! Thanks

some scrolls are even more expensive, but if u check the ninja forums, theyll tell u how to do the quests for some scrolls
