Question: Screen captures of maps?Follow

FFXI does not seem to allow to take a screenshot in the normal way when looking at the map screen.

My question is, have any of you found a good (free) program that allows you to take these screenshots? I have several maps that aren't in the allakhazam database yet, but I can't figure out how to get the images of them.
