Does anyone have any knowledge about how the FFXI administration or wahtever is set up?

I know that there are prolly American "offices" or wahtever.. but do you think that most of the main decision making is main in some central office in Tokyo or something?

Like, the people responsible for all the patches and updates, et cetera... is all this exclusively coming out of Japan? Or has authority been delgated to a place that takes care of the English-speaking aspects of the game??

Just wondering while my minds wandering...
