OK so can anyone be a correspondent?Follow

Ok so I am reading the Vana'diel Tribune and I notice at the editor's notes that they list correspondents and the servers they are on which leads me to believe these are actual players. What I want to know is can anyone be a correspondent and if so, how do you go about doing it? I think it would be really cool to type up an intersesting article for all to read in the next Vana'diel Tribune. I always wanted to try my hand at creative writing, and the tribune seems like the perfect place to do it. If only I could get ahold of the right people. Maybe give them some freelance work they can review and post at their own discretion. So if any of you do know who to talk to, feel free to pass my name on to them. >^.^<
