We need to verify if Lendel Deeppockets is still on live servers, and where is he located. By our old uploaded picture here he should be in the Tavern with all the other rogue GM NPCs.
On TLP he appears to be missing (as giver of newbie armor quests maybe being the cause?) and this appears to break the rogue halfling guild summons quest (a tattered note). If you have found him on TLP please post that as well, might as well clarify it all.

Updated the bestiary entry, thanks for taking the time.
If you see Quan Nektogo on either of the new TLP servers, please let me know. I checked both the noted locations from his page, but I couldn't find him in either spot.
