Placeable items problemFollow

I've been decorating my guild hall for a while now by throwing fine steel weapons, etc, on the walls for decoration. But as of yesterday, the game won't let me add anything else to the Guild hall. I thought maybe there was a limit to the items allowed, and so I removed one item and attempted to add a different one, with no luck. There is no message. The item just sits on my cursor. Any idea if there is a fix for this?
