EQ login issueFollow

Not sure if anyone else has this issue but tried to login this AM, patcher runs, then EQ screen pops up (one with server select) then it shrinks the window to size of the server select area and it pops down to the bottom of my screens left coner and only 3/4 of it shows, if you try to maximize it goes to toolbar and nothing happens.

Anyone ever seen this before?
