Ok, this happened once before but forgot how to fix it.... Everytime I try to open up LON to get my cards, I crash. Is there a fix for this? Thank you in advance for any help...

Ythers advice is the best option I've found as well. If you still have issues after that with getting them in game, you could try the stand alone LON client to get your boosters, though I've never used it so I don't know if you can select which game you want the items for from that client. It is an option though.

For the longest time I couldn't get it to work in game or on the stand alone client. This last run through since F2P started I was able to get it to work in game. I didn't change anything on my computer it just works now. I had like 70 booster packs to claim hehe. I ended up getting a card with 5 exp potions and some house items I never use and a couple of those ornamentation things.

I always had problems opening LoN while logged into the game - crashed every time. Sometimes when I logged on if I didn't move the character, I might be able to open it. Being as it was so unpredictable, I downloaded the stand-alone client. That solved my problems . . . I am now able to have both running at the same time and no crashes. TA-DA :)

I use the stand-alone client, too. I'm new to LoN, but I have had 100% failure when trying to launch it from within EQ. So, I gave up and just use the stand-alone version.

It's based on when you first logged in. For me, it's the ~10th, but you may have logged in the first time earlier or later, so your date may be different.
