Is this reward only claimed by one character of the same account?
One character for every year you have subscribed. So 1 year = 1 character, 2 years = another character and so on.

To expand on that, if you type /played on any character, it will tell you how much 'entitled time' you have. That's what counts. If you have more than one year (two years plus), you can choose another character to receive vet rewards.
I wonder if F2P toons get any of these? I am guessing no.

I don't know about F2P but Silver level accounts get not only Vet rewards from past subscribed time, but LoN packs.

Thank you for all of your responses. I am a return player with Silver Member status and I got the veteran reward. /cheer
Surprisingly, when I typed /played, it told me that I had 8 years something entitled time. But I started to play at 1999 and ended my subscription at PoP (around 2002 or 2003). Seems no way to make that 8 years. Anyway, I claimed the reward for 2 of my characters and the lesson of the devoted is really sweet!

Yes they do. Starting from the time the F2P went live.
Also, at least for now, all free and silver accounts are Gold accounts on the test server. If you didn't know, the Test server gets all xpacks for free, all characters get all veteran rewards on day 1, double XP all the time.
The negative things about the Test server is there are currently no raiding guilds, no bazaar so you have to camp your own gear and it's incredibly low population means you have to be largely self sufficient but hey, anyone can multibox as many accounts as you want and it doesn't cost you a dime.

I try and tell people to avoid test server unless they actually want to test. Sure those incentives look good but the negatives far outweigh the positives.
I played on test for about 6 months before i quit a few years ago. Not only is it a VERY dead server with no form of economy its also a revolving door. Many of the toons there are test copies so someone you meet there will probably not be there in a week. When i say dead i mean dead, if you dont go to PoK regularly you can go days without seeing another person.
I believe that if someone did box a few accounts to 95 on test they would sorely regret it. I know i regretted leveling to the 60s on test very much.
If you want an XP bonus, Firiona Vie has a 50% bonus, a solid community and the bonus of being able to buy typical no drop items in the bazaar.
If you really really want to try test, level on FV get some gear, pots etc. the /testcopy. I wouldnt just roll a toon on test.

I also noticed this, i had an account i made during a steam sale to check out the 50/51 server and i kept it active for one month but /played shows something like 200 days entitled.

The test server isn't for everyone and yes it's a pretty dead server, that said if you largely solo or always wanted to 2-3 box but couldn't due to the cost of subs, now's a perfect opportunity. Also there are 40 players in the lobby as I type this, 15 in PoK and probably another 50 or so scattered in various zones.
As I said, if you want to buy your gear or are used to getting groups just by asking in general channels that's not gonna happen on Test. You have to be self sufficient and if you want a group you have to start one.
I've been there for a bit over 4 years and have enjoyed it immensely.

Hearing that it's one char per year sounds good to me, now I don't have to panic about which char I flag. :)
