So i just started this weekend and im level 30 now in Blightfire moors. I am looking for a good leveling/quest guide that can point me to where to go next for levels and any epic/regular quests i need to do as i go. Can anyone point me in the right direction? im trying not to miss a lot as i progress.

There isn't a central "Epic" quest line (such as that found in LotRO or TOR), each class has its own Epic quest that rewards an Epic weapon. The Rogue one is called Ragebringer and can be started around level 50.
Beyond that, the quests you may want to look into are the quests for the Serpent Seeker's Charm of Lore and the Wanderlust Guild Loadstone, both of which are nice items for any class.
As for leveling progression, I would stick to Blightfire Moors for a few more levels. Around 36-38 you should head north into Goru`kar Mesa for leveling and questing.

Sticking with The Serpent's Spine expansion is a relatively seamless climb to 75. It is the most direct, best plat/xp path for those new to the game for sure.

Off the golden path alternatives. I'll start this tonight and will report back whether or not these tasks are at least: not annoyingly boring, grant decent amounts of experience/AA and how much time they require to complete.
Begin faction farming at Level 51
Dragons of Norrath
Obtain required faction
Solo tasks are given out on on behalf of the Norrath's Keepers at the Wayfarers Camp by Wayfarers Mercenaries Bitral and Elanye (/loc +2240, -25, +70).
Upon completing solo tasks, you receive experience, 50p and the following faction changes:
+Norrath's Keepers and Firiona Vie
-Dark Reig and -Lanys T`Vyl
Update:
Zone entry to Lavaspinners Lair with blue, white and yellow con mobs, some see through invisible. Roaming mobs
First of two faction quests from Elanye
Blood of the Winged
a stone dervish dark blue @L51 18% AA
a smoke dervish white con @L51 20% AA 8 minutes to solo kill and free to play merc apprentice TII healer was out of mana by the end of the fight.
