Returning after 9 Years.. im a NewbieFollow

So as the subject states its been a minute since ive played this game. The MMO's i have played since are WoW, FFXI, and EQ2 which i have all done end game content on. I am returning to this game because i really want to see how much it has changed and get as much of a fill out of it as i can (Epic weapons, class armor, planes,.. and whatever else as happened) i also understand you can solo most of this content now at least up to 85. I just wanted to know if there are any guides that can direct me to best places to level, get gear, what raid bosses and how many people it takes to kill them at what level etc for players starting out again. The last time i played this game is when the shadows of luclin expansion was released so im sure ive missed a lot so any help or guidance would be appreciated.
