Class-specific you can make quite the list (depending on the class). All/all and tradable there isn't that many that are going to be keepers past 55 (defiant gear killed the use of many of the old minor buff clickies).

Original world some of the Temple of Sol Ro clickies are still interesting such as Staff of Temperate Flux and there is the level restricted drops from the revamped Temple of Cazic Thule like Boots of the Mosquito . A lot of the quested clickes in original world are charges (i.e., Plane of Sky quests) so not really worth the trouble any more (if ever).

Kunark you have the armor sets for melee classes such as Cobalt Bracer and stray pieces like Circlet of Shadows .

Velious there is the faction armor sets where clickies appear such as White Lotus Pants and drops in the raid zones such as Plane of Growth Robe of the Bonecaster .

Luclin... just search Vex Thal as it earned the name "candyland" for a reason.

PoP the tranquility quest armors give a lot of clickies such as Vorshar's Pants of the Blight and or course all sorts of stuff from the raid content and elemental planes like Algae Covered Stiletto .

Most of the neat stuff GoD and later comes via raid content, though OoW has a quest set of armor like PoP but I am thinking those were mostly focus effects... might be a few clickies still worth the insane faction grind there though. Occasionally they toss an easy bone like Reakash's Purifying Mask .


Without knowing what class/level you are talking about, it's harder to get specific. For example, my 70 necro currently trucks around 2 bags full of clickies --most of which won't be much use post 73ish.
