When you have a house and placeable items do you have better stats? If so is there a cap. How does it work? Thanks
No a house and placable items do not increase your stats they are just for fun and storage, unless you have trophies. Trophies modify your stats.
Don't know much about those *pokes Yther* but am sure someone else can explain the hows of those.

If you place a trophy in your house, and activate it at the 'mailbox' where you pay upkeep for our house, you get a new tribute tab (click Alt-U to bring up the tribute window).
