Premium Character SyncFollow

Hi there,

I cannot get my characters to sync properly with my profile, when I upload 1 character (Avitaway) that seems to upload fine but has a * against it when I look on my character list, but my 2nd character (Shonki) will not upload at all it comes back and tells me my username/password is incorrect or I do not have a premium account?

How can I get this fixed?
