I just joined. I was attracted by the idea of uploading my char profile and getting the system to look for upgrades. But I can't see how to get started: how do I upload my profile? I looked in all the tabs/menus I could see and searched with Google but couldn't find anything.

Lucy Item Collector is required:

Get it here. The FAQ is here. Get updated Win PCap here.

Note: Lucy will most likely NOT work with wireless network interface (vs. a hardwired one from computer to modem / router / switch / etc., not necessarily meaning a hardwired connection to a wireless hotspot, which may (should?) work).

Basics: Install the updated Win PCap, Install Lucy Item Collector, set Lucy up (See FAQ). Run Lucy, Run EQ and log into the account and toon you want uploaded. Switch to Lucy. File - Profiles, set the Allakhazam (Zam) user name and password. Select the toon from the list, Hit upload. Note this is from memory so may have skipped a step or called a button something else, but it's the basic idea.

Thanks very much for the help which was everything I needed to know except how to set up Lucy which is not in the FAQ that you linked to. I minor quibble! A moment with goofle found the info here though.
