everquest not working Follow

Hello well i have everquest downloaded in my pc an have not played in a while and i opened it and made one of those 14day trial accounts so i can patch it well when i first did it i was downloading the patches and i hit the cancel button and now everytime i login into the account it will just do the scan and say download completeand everytime i press download like 3 seconds later it saysdonebut nothing happened i have clicked the button to download the expansions and ive clicked them all and pressed save and hit download again an will not work i do not know how i can patch the game witout buying an expansion or if that would even work if anyone knows can you help me please???

I have tried that i have even deleted everything but everquest.exe an did that an that will download it but has to download everything and i left pc on over night and was still at 60 hours like it was when i left the pc so idk why it is and my pc wont let me delete eq from system for some reason i went to control panel and add/remove items and everytime i hit remove a message pops up "an error -5005 : 0x8007002 has occured while running system than it says

its really weird i think its my instalshield wizard but i have went to instalshield updterand says im up to date
