Q about (HoT) trophy tribute...Follow

How do you access / activate the new exp HoT trophy tribute?

I have a plot with idol of severilous in yard (supposedly gives you personal tribute stats), but how do you activate trophy tribute? Is there an NPC to talk to? As far as placeable item with stats...are those just for looks? or can you somehow gain tribute stats from those items?
Any info would be helpful...since i cannot seem to find any on Alla atm.

Okay, i actually 'found' Trophy: Benefit items, magic / no trade...but no info "how" to attain them? Is it quested or by talking to a certain NPC?

Seems as though each expansion that comes out, there is less and less postings about items...Trophy: Benefit xxx is LIVE, but how did that person go about getting it in the first place? LOL.

Trophies are asquired by completing the Partisan achievements. Once you have one, you then put it in your house, and you then make it available for use using the Real Estate menu. You also have to have tribute points to spend.
