70 plus druid spell vendorsFollow

I know there has to be a vendor of 70 plus druid spells out there. Can anyone tell me where? I found the vendors for 70 plus Beastlord and Shaman spells in Icefall Glades.

Basically, 61-65 are from Pop parchment and runes, and a few GoD rune turn ins; 66-70 are from OoW and DoDh runes turn-ins, and a few from DoDh spell arc tasks; 71-75 from specific NPCs for Rk 1s in TSS zones (Rang Kalliam in The Steppes for the majority and The Quiet Wanderer also in Sunderrock for a few additional Druid spells); Rk 2s are from TSS mob drops, and Rk3s are from TSS raid rune drops; a few 71-75 bought with alternative currency and faction from the The Buried Sea expansion (Buried Sea, and Katta merchants) as well; Most spells from 61-80 can be researched as well; 76-80, most Rk 1s are bought from following NPCs, a few are drop-only, the sold Rk 1s have Rk 2 versions that are dropped, and the Rk 2 versions of the Rk 1 drops are from faction-based merchants;
76 - Ellymil Cogswin in Dragonscale Hills at 910, -530
77 - Kedem Teague in the Loping Plains at -2320 , -520
78 - Inizen Nogglezop in Fortress Mechanotus at 890, -1455
79 - Naene Ebonlocke in Hills of Shade at -63, 1477
80 - Seyan Ebonlocke in Hills of Shade at 980, -575
81-85 various NPCs in SoD and UF and some quests
