Ok so I just got back to the game. I remember the fun of running around with my pbaoe and selo's and killing 20 to 30 mobs at a time back in the day. I get back and now pbaoe's can't have the mob moving!?!? NICE! :(
I saw a bard the other day swarm kiting but I don't know what songs they where using and I didn't see them charm kiting, Are people just using the Target aoe to swarm kite now?

Nope, for the most part bards are limited to charm swarming.
Basically charm mob A, send it into 3-4 of the same type of mobs, break charm with invis when pet is ~10% then dot it down. Repeat.
Lots of good places for that depending on your level and now that selos works indoors it's even easier.

I remember charm kiting but can't you have a pet attack one mob, when the pet is almost dead, use invis break charm charm another mob to attack the almost dead pet, and dot the almost dead one till dead?
That's a way to do it, and it works quite well, but you'd be better off with 7 or so mobs. It goes by much quicker.
