Ok, so I preordered the collector's edition of the House of Thule. The problem is, well, its not really a problem but it could be in sony's eyes is that I have 999 claims of the new bags (the 16 slot and 20 slot). I have claimed the same bag twice to test it and it has worked. The bags are droppable on FV so I transfered it to another character. So, was this intentional? Is this happening to anyone else?
I think the idea is that you can claim a bag for each of the toons on your account, 999 is just nice high number to ensure that no matter how many alts you create / destroy, you'll always be able to claim a bag for them, much like the Gift of Legacies Lost claim.

yes ,as stated in the above post, you can claim one for each toon on the server account. You can't claim the item more than once. (At least I have not been able to do so.)
It seems that you can claim as many times as you want on a single character, I am not sure if this is intentional or not. I put one in my shared bank, then claimed another for my inventory. Also there is people selling them in the baz on FV also.

At the risk of getting caught up in some kind of exploit, I tried this on Fennon. I had a mule that had already claimed both his bags. I tried to claim another, it would not let me. I suspect this is something unique to FV?

Is that becasue they are lore, so that the max you can hold on a character is 2 one in shared bank and one in inventory ?
They are no drop on FV which is why people can sell them, but of course they can only sell one at a time.

Well, I was curious before I went ahead and claimed them for my other toons. I six box, so these bags will come in very handy. :)
