I had to move it out of Program Files to get it to run right under Vista. Just a suggestion. C:\Games\EQItem is were I put it, since I put EQ in C:\Games\EQ as well.

EDIT: Have to unblock it also. Sometimes the window that asks if you want to stop blocking stuff in Vista doesn't come to the front, or even show up at all, without switching to it or minimizing everything else. Even then, it sometimes doesn't show, and you'll have to try to run it again to get it pop up.

The updated Winpcap, directory location and permissions, and windows blocking are the only problems, I can recall with Vista. (BTW: I haven't tried the newest winpcap, I'm using the one before they added wireless support (v. 4.1.0.1753).

Looks like a new problem. Profiles were messed up, but it was updating last week or so, now it's giving Unable to establish a connection to 208.43.200.49:23183

EDIT: Seems to be working now (After Re-patching tonight).
