Stuck in the paneel city ,Im at the pallace in the room with the overlord and the 2 guards and rg Likus sendes me to rg Sheltuin.But he ignores me and I have max rep with paneel/heritics and royal guards.Cant talk to the overlord eather ,I cant find a way into the pallace . what the hell am I doing wrong.I just dont know how to get into the pallace theres nothing on the bords that will help.
any ideas would be most welcome scartap.

You don't need anything in Paineel. If you're at the point of doing Jaell (sp?) the Wretched / Insane part, then jump into the big hole and zone into the Hole, move up the tunnel a long way to him. If this is not the part you on, list what part (NPC, zone, item, etc.) you just finished.
