I wanted to transfer one of my toons to another account but for the life of me I can't find the page to transfer them. It makes me believe that the servers are down or something. Anyone have any knowledgeon this issue?
Hasn't worked since forever. Same with Buddy Gift.
I believe you have to buy a server character transfer token and then petition.
