I would advise SK/wiz/shaman, too. Depending on which of my friends are offline it's something that I have been using quite a lot lately. I don't think a druid would be less tabbing than a wizard really, but more importantly, druids just can't compare to the damage output of a wizard.
On short UF group named fights where they hit their discs, a wizard with tower-level focii can pretty easily sustain 35k dps for a million damage. They definitely provide, by far, the highest boxed burst dps for the least amount of effort. With SK/sham/wiz, with the SK and shaman both in gear I've grouped and the wizard in tower level raid gear, there is nothing in underfoot that I have found that I can't easily box except for the occasional mob that spawns pets.

The chanter is the key though. I just recently added one to my boxing situation and I wonder why I didn't do it sooner. Life would have been so much easier. Not only can they mez tons of adds but they can paci for single mob pulls. They can haste the group and give the wizzy more mana (up to 5k more with aura's) along with mana regen. Their DPS is deplorable which is the only down side.
This is something I have been doing lately too, but, generally speaking, I would advise the shaman instead of an enchanter. Most content in SOD and UF is pullable with a shadowknight without too many problems, and the added heals will let you do much harder stuff.
edit: I'm silly, misread something in your post. In high level group content though especially in the context of boxing an SK definitely beats a warrior though.
