I am new to eq and I am trying to get my ranger to GM flecther .... So far I cant figure out where I have to go to learn the Inured baton combine... any ideas? thxs

Thxs for the post .. perhaps I was not clear in mine.

I need to get the book to learn the recipe or I cant combine ... Its like the elegant , elaborate armors and weapons player made .... I just cant find the book .. my fletching is at 226 .. maybe thats not enough to see the book...

Yea, I wasn't sure which you meant. I'm not sure which scroll / book that one is, but maybe one of the following two:

Inured Weapon Smithing

Oh I was all happy with your post ... and bought all the books ... although they do teach u how to make the weapons .. they DO NOT scribe the recipes .... so the search continues ... :)

Never mind .. I got this to work .. there is no book to scribe ... u have to do an experiment do get the recipe scribed .... Thxs for all your help... appreciated

Bah! I should of said as much (Experiment mode), but assumed (like you're not suppose to do) that you had already tried this since, you knew the recipes. The recipes your container learns is fairly new, and even then only implemented for a select few groups of recipes. And I had also assumed, as I still haven't gotten around to trying out the weapon stuff, that at the highest end trivials, you would need to scribe a book, in order to do the combine, as you have to with cultural armor recipes.

I still always experiment as much as possible, as even the books that teach your container, often only go to blue cons, and I try to stick with yellows when skilling up.

Either way, I'm glad you figured it out. Grats!
