I removed the old DB files, itemcol.db and itemcol3.db, like you instructed and restarted the program. I then proceeded to log in my character while I watched the information fly in the Item Collector window. I can see that it scanned my character's inventory, but it still indicates there is a problem with the profile. No new profile was created for my character, even after I zoned, logged, and restarted Everquest. I even tried to run Item Collector "as Administrator".
