I'm seeing this in the console for Item Collector:
Processing player profile.
Warning: data len (26632) != size of profile struct (25312)
Processing player inventory.
Warning: Player inventory with null profile.
Not sure if this has anything to do with the latest patch or not. Nothing has changed on my system.
I had a slightly older version, so I deleted it and installed the latest one available in the link from Lucy. Now I don't have any profiles showing up. Any ideas?

You probably have a corrupted itemcol.db file. This file should be located in the same directory as the program (right-click and properties on the start menu link to the program to see what directory it is in).
Try renaming the file, while Item Collector is not running, then run it again. It will clear out all your profile information, but should reload alot of it (at least the inventory stuff, when you log back in). Uninstalling, the program often leaves the old itemcol.db file intact and is probably why you have no profiles now.

I removed the old DB files, itemcol.db and itemcol3.db, like you instructed and restarted the program. I then proceeded to log in my character while I watched the information fly in the Item Collector window. I can see that it scanned my character's inventory, but it still indicates there is a problem with the profile. No new profile was created for my character, even after I zoned, logged, and restarted Everquest. I even tried to run Item Collector "as Administrator".

Strange. I'd try posting that information in the https://everquest.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=3 forum.
Just ran mine, and logged in (first time in a while), and it's getting the same Null profile error, so probably something wrong with the app. Maybe a change in the EQ data stream, they haven't adjusted the profile for yet, maybe. Either way, posting in the feedback forum should get someone's attention. :)
