Please explain what needs to be done to modify armor and weapons bought in the Bazaar. Do I buy and take somewhere to be modified or is just buying enough. Looked in Search and nothing.

Most armor/weapons have a required/recommended level. If you are below the recommended level then the piece will have lower stats. The modified/unmodified button just toggles between stats at your level vs max stats. To get maz stats on an item you need to level up.
Thanks. Seems just about the same as a long time ago, just a button added to the piece.
