What does "over tuned" mean?

There hardly anyone in the zone anymore. There been undead named up for days and no one will bother to kill them. That type of thing you dont see, so the zone must be just to hard for the reward.

How many of you have tried this zone? Fighting the undead mobs is like figting a named every fight.

No. They are still over-tuned. I am aware of it and will bring it up to the team in more than "passing" like I did last time I mentioned it.

I know the undead still put a hurt on our war while he can tank just about every named in T6-T7 just fine.

He said he'd bring it up. He did not say we were making any changes. Asking for an ETA on a change is implying that there will be one.
