I just bought a everquest starter pack: Everquest: Seeds of Destruction 19.99 USD. And I don't know how to use it to activate my eq account. I put the comforation number into steam software, it's a invalid code. also, it doesn't work in soe's website. what can I do?

My best guess would be on the eqplayers site and click on "my account" in the top right. Once you sign in with your account there should be a subscriptions tab and I believe its in this menu where you can enter your codes to activate content.
If that doesnt work, you may have to call SoE. I was actually unaware that Steam sells EQ products, as I dont believe they have in the past. I know its a bit late, but SoE sells the same pack for the same price on their website after chosing a subscription plan :/
