Hey Everyone,
I recently purchased the Seam holiday bundle,and upon checking the station account that I created following the purchase, I found that i had indeed recieved all of the expansions. However, the account showed no susbciption time. What do I do? It was my understanding that I would recieve a month free. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Bah, you probably bought it as an online download, and I have no clue on that part, so you can ignore the rest, as it's for store bought bundles.
I don't remember the exact details, nor am I sure if they didthis bundle the same way, but previous bundles, included a card with a game card like number and step by step instructions on how to register it to get your free month. Of course, I've never done this, since my first game cds, way back in 2000.

Unfortunately, I did buy it as an *online* bundle, thank you for the reply though.

well if you added the expansions to an existing account you wouldn't get the free playtime, I think it is only for a new station account. I also did this to add mercs to my 2nd occount for $5.

it was an account i created after i made the purchase, so i believe that i should recieve the playing time. Still no steam response, and still no playing time.

There is a SOE article about this issue, but I can't find it at the moment.
Basically, if you purchased it on Steam on January 1, your EQ account should say something like "Expired on January 1." You then need to go under Subscriptions and enter your credit card data. It will say something like "The next payment will be on January 31, 2010. If you cancel the account before that date, your credit card will not be charged."
