When I was checking out the new Achievements window, I came across something called Casting Proficiency. I did Alla searches, and Alla Forum searches, no hits. Can one of you old timers fill me in, where to read up on this, or give me some hints as to a proper search of the site here, to find out what it's about?

The casting proficiencies each have an icon. If you click on the icon, you will see a checklist of the components of that proficiency. Specifically, they are capping for level each of the five spell casting categories plus meditation, channeling.
